
Hi Everybody!
Welcome to my journey into the heart of sweet! If your reading this, then I am sure you are as much as a baking lover as I am... I am very excited to write finally write down and share with you all my sweet musings ( he..he) on my journey in the world of pastry and baking as well as all types of food. I hope you all enjoy the process as much as I do!
February 23, the first day of Pastry school ate ICE. I was so excited, I barely slept. After staring at my spanking new pastry kit for so long I could finally use it...in class!
The first day was a blur of orientations. Paperwork and getting more stuff (Yah!) and finally meeting our chef... Chef Gerri. We introduced ourselves and as we did so, I realized we were all there for the same purpose, to learn, but each person came to the descision to be formally trained in so many different ways. I found that so amazing. My class is a great class. We all have a common goal and we're going to all exceed our own expectations!
